Grading

*A student will be treated as satisfying the minimum grade requirement for a particular course toward a certificate in a pass/fail course if the student receives a “pass” in the course.

Please note that “a grade of ___ or higher must be achieved in each of the courses used to satisfy the certificate,” does not mean the average of your grades for all the courses used to satisfy certificate requirements. The minimum grade in each of the individual courses (whether an elective or required course) must be received in order to qualify for that particular certificate.

An audited course cannot be used to satisfy a course for a certificate of concentration.
