BIO
Penni Milnor serves as faculty secretary. Milnor is from Central Virginia and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design from East Tennessee State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Photography & Illustration from Central Virginia Community College. Milnor also attended Rhema Bible Institute in Broken Arrow, OK and graduated with a certificate in Pastoral Care. Milnor has been part of the law school family since 2006.
