PRELIMINARY GRADUATION INFORMATION

 

GRADUATION EXPENSES

Graduation Application/Fee:  You will be required to complete an application in order to graduate and receive a diploma.  Mrs. Cordle will let you know when these are available and due.

A $100 Graduation Fee will be added to your student account during the Spring Semester.

Regalia Rental:  You will need to rent your regalia from the bookstore. The cost will be approximately $140 which will need to be paid directly to the bookstore.

Other Graduation Accessories (i.e. announcements, rings, etc.)  Will be available for ordering through the bookstore during the months prior to graduation.  We will host a Grad Fair here at the law school soon where you will have your pictures taken, be able to rent your regalia, and be able to order and/or purchase most of the graduation items.

3L RECOGNITION AND AWARDS CELEBRATION:  Thursday, May 9, 2013

Location:  Bruner Hall (Thomas Road Baptist Church)
Attire:  Business Casual
Family Members Invited

BACCALAUREATE:  Friday, May 10, 2013
Time:  6:00 PM
Location:  Vines Center

GRADUATION CEREMONY:  Saturday, May 11 , 2013
Time:  10:00 AM
Location:  Williams Stadium
  Arrive by 7:30 AM at the Osborne Soccer Stadium

LAW SCHOOL HOODING CEREMONY:  Saturday, May 11, 2013
Time:  1:00 PM
Location: Old Thomas Road Baptist Church, 701 Thomas Road Campus
