Just wanted to praise Eli and all his efforts. Below is a case where he goes outside LU network support to fix a problem (where others may have denied this kind of support). We’ve also seem cases where the “best solution” means more work for Eli and he’s the one suggesting it (where others would’ve hesitated and looked for other solutions). Also completing work sometimes faster than expected and keeping up with the volume and his promises.

Just thought you guys should know Eli has been an invaluable asset to LU.
