Madeline approaches every email she receives with a spirit of kindness and helpfulness. She makes a conscious effort to ensure that users feel they can ask questions. . Her responses are quick and timely, combatting a growing perception that IT is becoming slow. She has also led multiple in-person training sessions where she interacts with faculty. David Hodges

I’m continually awed by your ability to EXPECTIONALLY deliver requested tasks with expediency and accurately.

Your recent delivery of the Admissions Committee Form is a great example of your fine work.  I have personally heard its praise from the committee chairman, his colleagues and the admissions office personnel.  I know it has saved the users value time; in opening the applicants packages quickly and with ease.

Thank you for continually making LUCOM Admissions Office run effectively.

You are truly a Champion for Christ!

Tirian Wilson

Aaron and I wanted to take a moment to express to you how thankful we are for Tirian and the work he does.  We have been testing and using the new dialer and have gone back and forth with other individuals regarding issues we’ve had with getting dialer to connect and make calls.  Tirian is the first person to immediately answer and explain what the issue likely was and get dialer working.  In addition, he was able to fully answer all of our questions.  I can’t think of one time in my time working here that Tirian hasn’t been able to answer our questions.  This man knows his job, there is no question about it... Truly, we cannot write enough to express how thankful we are for Tirian and his help.

Jan Dervish

I just wanted to let you know that Jan Dervish is an excellent help as the liaison from IT to the library.  He is extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable.  I give him a 5 star review if you ever are asked.
