If you need an article, use the link below to check our periodical collection. The Journal Finder will let you know if the journal is located on one of our online databases. If this is the case, you will be able to print out the article for yourself.

What is Document Delivery?

The A. Pierre Guillermin Library offers the opportunity for Liberty University's faculty to order any book or article (from our collection or throughout the U.S.) and have it delivered to their department secretary.

Quick Explanation of Document Delivery

By submitting a request using the "Document Delivery/ILL Request" link (at the bottom right of the page), one of three things will happen:

  1. Books owned by Liberty University will be checked out and delivered.
  2. Articles owned by Liberty University will be copied and delivered.
  3. Books or articles not owned by Liberty University will be ordered through Interlibrary Loan and delivered.

All materials owned by Liberty University that are requested by 10:00 AM Mon.-Fri. will be delivered that same day at around 3:00 PM. Any requests submitted later than 10:00 AM will be delivered the next business day.
