Study Spaces
Whether students are looking for extremely quiet spaces to study or whether they prefer the buzz of conversation around them, the ILRC provides areas to please every taste.
Deep quiet study zones are located on the 1st and 3rd floor. Some carrels are equipped with computers. QSZ for computer users is provided by one Mac Lab and one PC lab on the 3rd floor.
Group Study Rooms may be reserved at the 3rd floor Computer Service Desk for up to three hours at a time. Rooms are equipped with white boards and LCD screens.
Quiet study carrels with electrical outlets are located on the 1st and 3rd floors. Some have computers.
Counters with electrical outlets on all three floors offer laptop users a place to plug in.
Open spaces can be found throughout the ILRC with a variety of seating options and printing stations. Service desks offer help with circulation, research and computer issues.
Circular enclosures on the 1st floor offer privacy for group study. S-curved walls on all 3 floors create semi-enclosed areas for small groups.
These rooms are furnished to duplicate the classroom experience. Reservations can be made at the 3rd floor Computer Service Desk.

Places
The ILRC offers a variety of spaces and services designed to meet the needs of the students, faculty, and staff of Liberty University.
The library provides over 310,000 print and media items and more than 60,000 e-books. Print book titles are housed on the 1st floor. All resources may be searched through the online catalog.
Print journals and magazines are housed on the 1st floor. Together with 200+ electronic databases they provide over 66,000 unique titles for searching.
The Curriculum Library offers juvenile literature titles, textbooks, assessment tools, and teaching materials for grades K-12. Musical scores, ESL materials, and media items are also housed here. Listening and viewing stations are available.
This center provides software for the visually impaired and for students with reading disabilities.

Quick Hit Computer Stations
Stand up counters with computers for short term use are located on all three floors.
Mac Labs
Macs are found in classrooms and open lab areas of the 2nd and 3rd floors.
PC Labs
PCS are located on all three floors in classrooms and open labs.
Creative Media Labs
Equipped with 24” screens and programs such as Avid, Final Cut Pre, Pro Tools, and Adobe CSS, four creative media labs are found on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
Music Lab
The Keyboard Lab is equipped with twelve Yamaha Clavinova pianos and computers loaded with music composing software.
Language Lab
Computers loaded with Sanaki software and equipped with webcams and headsets are offered in the ILRC’s Language Lab.
Classrooms within the computer lab are equipped with teacher’s workstations, individual computers and LCD projectors.
Jazzman’s is a comfortable place to relax and enjoy food, drink, and conversation.
