The Liberty University Symphony Orchestra (LUSO) is an auditioned instrumental ensemble consisting of string, winds and percussion instrumentalists. The ensemble performs standard orchestral repertoire drawn from all periods of music.
The LUSO endeavors to enhance the musical and cultural environment of the campus and to perform music of the highest possible quality with artistic sensitivity, understanding and expressiveness.Auditions are held at the beginning of each semester. The one credit hour course is open to both music majors and non-majors for credit or CSER. To audition, contact Dr. Armenio Suzano.
