Strategic Plan

Liberty University’s Strategic Plan for 2011-2014 was adopted by the Board of Trustees on November 12, 2010. The Strategic Planning Committee invites the University community to review the Strategic Plan by clicking on the link below.

The Strategic Plan provides a three-year framework for implementing aspects of the University’s Mission. As each University department plans for the future, it should develop action initiatives that are tied to University strategic goals and objectives relevant to that department.

The Strategic Goals of the Plan are divided into four primary areas: Academic Excellence, Spiritual Support, Community Service, and Administration, Operations and Facilities. Each of these areas include relevant objectives and targets.
