All Faculty and Staff need to present their new employee checklist and a valid government issued photo ID before a Liberty OneCard can be ordered. Once you receive your Liberty OneCard, you will need to activate the card for on-campus use at www.libertyuone.com. During activation you will also have the option to activate an FDIC insured OneAccount. To find out more, go to www.libertyuone.com. |

The OneAccount |
|
The OneAccount gives you the power of customized banking with no monthly fees and no minimum balance. When you deposit funds into the OneAccount, your Liberty OneCard becomes a debit card and can be used anywhere MasterCard is accepted. Just swipe and sign for each transaction, remember when asked, "debit or credit?" always answer "credit" to avoid the transaction fee. |

If you choose, Liberty University will electronically deposit your paycheck into the OneAccount. |

Drop Box Deposits |
|
There is a drop box located outside of the Student Service Center in Campus North for check and money order deposits. All deposits made into the drop box are sent overnight to Higher One Monday-Friday at 3:00pm. You can also access the Higher One website to print deposit forms for mailing checks and money orders. |

The Liberty OneCard is a fully functioning ATM card that allows you to withdraw money from your OneAccount with no fee at a Higher One ATM. There are four Higher One ATMs on campus: outside of the bookstore in DeMoss, Keyhole convenience store, Campus East Club House, and Founders Food Court. |
