Leadership Development Program

The Leadership Development Program (LDP)  is an opportunity for students interested in leadership training to gain competencies and skills in leadership through development workshops, competency-based small groups, and peer-mentorship.

Our Mission:  We are developing students to become cultural, theological, and professional leaders by training them in essential leadership competencies that are adaptable to any leadership context.

How LDP Equips Students:

Cultural: Students cultivate cultural awareness and an appreciation of diversity that moves them to engage and influence their unique contexts.

Theological:  Students apply biblical truth which transforms their lives and informs their current and future leadership practices.

Professional: Students gain proficiency in implementing holistic approaches to identify problems, formulate solutions, and adapt to change with efficiency and excellence.

Competencies: Students obtain knowledge, values, abilities, and behaviors necessary for proficiency in essential leadership competencies.

Program Details:

Workshops & Small Groups: Students engage in exciting workshops and small groups. These include community-building exercises, compelling development content, challenging dialogue, and practical application.

Peer Mentorship: Students connect with current student leaders and foster relationships which will challenge them to live out the competencies and skills gained.

Personal Development: Students work directly with Resident Directors who are committed to personally investing into the lives of these students, overseeing their training, and equipping them in Christian leadership.
