Airline Hiring Agreements

The airline industry is booming and in great need of aviation professionals to fill an abundance of job opportunities worldwide. According to the Boeing 2016 Pilot & Technician Outlook Report, the industry will need more than two million new commercial airline pilots, maintenance technicians, and flight attendants between now and 2035. This includes 617,000 new commercial airline pilots, 679,000 new maintenance technicians, and 814,000 new flight attendants. In North America alone, 112,000 new airline pilots, 127,000 new airline technicians, and 151,000 new flight attendants will be needed during the next 20 years.
