During the Open Housing period, students are eligible to request a room swap. This requires written consent from two students, in separate rooms, agreeing to swap their assignments. If both students agree to the room swap, they must email email@example.com with the following information:
Once the Office of Residence Life has received an email from each of the students requesting the swap, the students will be switched within 3 to 5 business days.
Please keep in mind that no student is required to change their room assignment once they have secured one.
Room Swaps and Open Housing Selection typically begin around the end of April each spring, and remain open throughout the summer.
