Theater Box Office
To purchase tickets, please visit the Theatre Box Office, located in the Performing Arts Hall, or call (434) 582-2085. Box Office hours are as follows:
Monday-11:00am to 3:00pm
Tuesday-11:00am to 5:00pm
Wednesday-11:00am to 3:00pm
Thursday-11:00am to 5:00pm
Friday-11:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Box Office also opens 90 minutes prior to the curtain time of each show. There are no exchanges or refunds on tickets except for inclement weather forcing the cancellation of a show. For musicals, latecomers will NOT be admitted once the Overture has finished. For plays, latecomers will NOT be admitted 5 minutes after the performance has started. Latecomers may wait till intermission, and then be seated. Refunds and/or exchanges will not be made for those arriving after curtain time. Tickets may be purchased over the phone using credit card; however, there are no exchanges or refunds, so please make sure you have the accurate date and ticket count before you purchase. If you require special seating accomodations, please let us know at the time of your ticket purchase.
For performances that are sold out, tickets held at "Will Call" that have not been picked up by 15 minutes prior to curtain may be released.
