The students that take part in this trip will be exposed to the difficulties and blessings of planting a church. The students will get to observe the daily ins-and-outs of church planting while participating in outreach and various ministries in the church. One on one personal time with the leaders will enable them to ask questions about how things are done and what it takes to succeed.

The students will be working with Joe Souza and the North American Mission Board as well as several church plants in the Boston area. The goal of this trip is to enable the students to get a glimpse of what it takes to plant a church in the Northeast. Students will take part in some of the ministry processes in Boston including outreach but will also be involved in some of the planning processes that are required before a church can be planted.

A total of 15 undergraduate and graduate students will take part in this trip. The cost will be $350 per student which will help offset the costs of the flights and needs on the ground. Included in the price will be the flights, food, lodging, and transportation on the ground. Any additional snacks, souvenirs, and activities will be the responsibility of the student.
