Requirements

FALL 2016 PRIORITY APPLICATION DEADLINE: June 1, 2016

One Year Program

  • $50 application fee (beginning Fall 2016, the application fee will be deferred and assessed during Financial Check-In)
  • Regionally or nationally accredited Bachelor’s degree with at least a 3.0 GPA for admission in to the One year program.
    • Official College Transcripts (must be mailed directly from your college to Liberty University in an official, sealed envelope).
  • 1 year General Chemistry with lab.
  • 1 year Biology with lab.
  • 1 semester of Organic Chemistry with residential lab (2 semesters recommended).
  • 1 semester of Physics with residential lab (1 semesters recommended).
  • 1 year Human Anatomy/Physiology with residential lab or 1 semester Histology with residential lab.
  • Students must submit the following test with a minimum score of:
    • MCAT - New scoring system (2015 and later): composite score of 493; Old scoring system (prior to 2015): 20 for 1 year program
  • 3 letters of recommendation are required (must be on University or Company letterhead with signature from professional, faculty, or personal recommenders). These should document the candidate's aptitude for graduate level work.
  • Self Certification Form (for students in the final term of their bachelor's degree)
  • Current Liberty undergraduate students seeking preliminary acceptance into a graduate program must complete a Graduation Application through their ASIST Account.

Two Year Program

  • 1 semester of Organic Chemistry with residential lab (2 semesters recommended).
  • 1 semester of Physics with residential lab (1 semesters recommended).

  • Students must submit one of the following tests with a minimum score of:
    • MCAT - New scoring system (2015 and later): composite score of 490; Old scoring system (prior to 2015): 18 for 2 year program
    • GRE Verbal 140; Quantitative 145
    • DAT 14.5 Average
    • PCAT 70 or higher
