Current Student - Military Guide

As a returning student, the key to being successful while using your military benefits is to stay aware and be informed. The government has many regulations governing military benefits that Liberty University must abide by. The Office of Military Affairs will keep you updated on any changes to your benefits as we are made aware.

The below list identifies a few things you will want to be aware of as you pursue your degree at Liberty University.

Updated documentation

  • As you use military benefits, the amounts awarded to you change each semester. Be sure to submit any military documentation that shows a change in eligibility or months of entitlement. You will also want to keep us updated if you have a change in military status, address, or name to ensure there is no delay in your benefits being processed.

Liberty Email Account

  • The Office of Military Affairs will be in contact with you regarding any needed documents or important notices on your account regarding military benefits. All information will be sent to your Liberty email account so you will want to check your Liberty email frequently.
