Print job requests are now being fulfilled by Staples Advantage Print Solution. Departments may use and LU Purchasing Card (P-Card) to submit orders directly to Staples (Candler’s Mountain location), however this is for rush or small jobs only.
To order ink for desktop inkjet printers, colleges/departments can order inkjet supplies through Staples Advantage through your department’s office suppliers coordinator.
To request printer service (due to either a technical or mechanical malfunction), please submit a support ticket request through the IT HelpDesk.
To order printers/copiers/scanners, approval must be given by Auxiliary Services. Please email your request to Kylie Vaughan.
To be set up with a Staples Advantage Print Solutions account, please email the Procurement Department with the following information:

Your information will be verified through the Budget office. Once we receive the authorization, you will receive your login information from Staples Advantage.
