Prosecution Training Workshop for Virginia Commonwealth's Attorneys

Workshop and roundtable discussion are scheduled for
Thursday, April 17, 2014, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Room 1614 in the School of Law

Workshop topics:

  1. Prosecuting Human Trafficking Cases
  2. Ethics: Current Ethical Issues in the Practice of Criminal Law

Featured presenters:

  • Anthony Giorno, First Assistant U.S. Attorney, Western District of Virginia
  • Erin M. Kulpa, Virginia Assistant Attorney General & Anti-Trafficking Coordinator

This training session will provide Virginia Commonwealth’s Attorneys and Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorneys comprehensive training on the skills needed to effectively prosecute human trafficking cases. 

The training session fee is $50.  
Two (2) Virginia Bar 
MCLE Ethics credits and two (2) additional MCLE credits pending.
