Biography
Nichole was born and raised in a Christian home in Sanford, NC. She competed in Gymnastics, Volleyball, Track and Field, and the Dance Team while in High School. Upon completion of High School, she attended East Carolina University for her Undergraduate studies and will forever be a Pirate at heart. She went on to attend Appalachian State University for her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. Although Nichole was raised in a Christian home, it was in her second year of graduate school that she feels she made Jesus Christ the Lord of her life. While attending Appalachian State, she also met her husband Blake. Nichole and Blake were married on October 1, 2011. After graduation, Nichole became a crisis therapist in Boone, NC for public mental health. Nichole is now working in Student Conduct and has a passion for working with college students and helping them strengthen their walks with the Lord no matter what decisions they have made in their past. She and her husband love doing anything active, traveling, and being outdoors.
