Human Resource Management
B.S. in Business Administration
Specializing in Human Resource Management will allow you to master organizational behavior, compensation management, workforce planning and employee and labor relations. You will also study issues within the human resource field, and consistently work within teams, equipping you for the future. Courses will prepare you to serve effectively as an expert in the modern business world, emphasizing the importance of applying ethics to management practices and integrating faith with learning in a professional atmosphere.
