 ATTENTION 2013 GRADUATING SENIORS

Mark your calendars!  The date for our 2013 ALD Senior Awards Banquet is Saturday evening, March 2, 2013, in the DeMoss Hall Grand Lobby.

In order to insure we have an adequate location for an enjoyable evening, we need your help!  We have already polled our 2009, 2010, and 2011 initiates for a response and many of you have replied.  If for some reason you did not receive or have not yet replied to our email, please email your reply to:  bgrayson@liberty.edu

A Reminder: "Once a member, always a member".  This means all graduating ALD seniors are authorized to wear the ALD honor cord at graduation.

On Friday, February 15, 2013, additional info is being emailed to those who responded that they are walking May 2013.

SPRING 2013 ALD INITIATION & RECEPTION

The date has been set for Friday Evening, April 5, 2013

Invitations to Join will be emailed to eligible candidates the week of January 14-18, 2013. Freshmen, watch your emails!  If you feel you should have been invited to join but have not received an email invitation to join by January 18, 2013,  please contact
Mrs. Grayson.

Remember:  The deadline for joining is March 19, 2013!

ANNUAL ALD-SPONSORED CAMPUS-WIDE
TEDDY BEAR DRIVE

Again this year we will sponsor the Annual Teddy Bear Drive to benefit the Centra Health Pediatric Center  located at the Lynchburg General Hospital.  Plan to help and donate new teddy bears/stuffed animals:

April 18-21, 2013:  Teddy bears will be collected from students, faculty, and staff at designated collection stations around campus and in some offices and dorms.

April 22, 2013:  We will deliver collected teddy bears to the hospital.  Consider if you will volunteer to collect teddy bears in your dorm. 

Watch your emails for more detailed information.  If you have questions or/and you are interested in helping with collecting and/or delivering the collection to the hospital, please email Bessie Grayson while we are in the planning stages:
