Prospective undergraduate Resident - Transfer Students
Liberty University offers several options for prospective students to determine how their credits will transfer.
Current Resident Undergraduate
Students may appeal their transfer evaluation by submitting a Transfer Inquiry Form with a course description (log in*).
NOTE: Computer Science and Engineering Majors (SECS) - Must obtain all approval forms from their Professional Advisor. Then obtain approvals from the SECS department Chairperson.

Transient Approval Form (log in*) Request to take a course at another institution.

ATTENTION: If you are taking courses at a Virginia Community College these courses have been preapproved this form is not needed. You may view the preapproved courses at VCCS Course Equivalency Guide

Transfer Evaluation Inquiry Form - Undergraduate Resident (log in*) May be submitted to appeal transferred courses after an official transcript evaluation has been completed.

Course Substitution Request Form - Undergraduate Resident (Please see detailed information on form) May be submitted if course is not similar to a Liberty University Degree Completion Plan requirement.

CONSORTIUM AGREEMENTS: Applications may be retrieved from the Financial Aid office or the Registrar’s office. Students must have an approved Transient Approval form on file in the Registrar's Office. Completed applications are to be submitted to the Registrar’s Office.
Domestic Consortium Requests - (United States) - Domestic Checklist Domestic Consortium - Complete the Transient Approval Form (log in). Make sure you check the Consortium Request box on the Transient form.
International Consortium Request - Study Abroad - Course Approval Form - needs to be submitted as part of he Study Abroad process. Please check with the Study Abroad Office prior to submitting thiPlease note:

Forms that do not appear on the web must be obtained from the Registrar's Office or your Academic Advisor. Many forms apply only to residential programs and not the online learning program, and vice versa.

All forms must be completed and processed according to the guidelines in the 2012-2013 Academic Policy Handbook and the University Catalog in order to be considered official.
