Dr. Cecil Kramer has over thirty years teaching experience at the university level, having taught within Liberty University’s Digital Media & Communication Arts program since 1981. After several years of serving first as chairman of the Digital Media & Communication Arts department, he now serves as the Director of the Graduate Program for the School of Communication & Creative Arts.
Dr. Kramer received his Bachelor of Science in Speech/Communication Education from North Dakota State University, Fargo, and his Master of Arts from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. He went on to receive his Master of Divinity from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and his Doctor of Ministry from Bethel Seminary.
He has several years of pastoral and teaching experience in Virginia, and has lead many beneficial workshops and seminars. Dr. Kramer was instrumental in developing the graduate program in communication studies at LU. Dr. Kramer was honored for starting LU's debate and forensics programs. The debate program has been ranked #1 in the nation(ADA, NDT, CEDA) in recent years.
Cecil and his wife Cindy are members of Lakewood Baptist Church where he serves as teacher of the Sonshine Class.
