What kind of projects does the Marketing Department produce?

How do I request a project?

Please complete a Project Request Form. In order to ensure effective processing, please provide as much detail as possible in your request.

 I submitted a project request form. What’s next?

Your Project Coordinator will review your request and may contact you if additional information is needed. Your project will be assigned to a writer, designer, and production team. A tentative deadline will be set according to project timelines. A draft will be created and sent to you for approval. Upon receiving your approval, the project will be reviewed by Quality Control and sent for printing or production.

I approved a proof. Will I need to review it again before it is printed?

We only request one approval from each party in the sign-off process. We ask that you note your corrections/approval on the sign-off and return it to your Project Coordinator within 24 hours. We will ensure your corrections are made prior to printing the final piece.

When can I expect to receive my completed project once I have entered a project request form?

The Marketing Department provides a list of standard timelines for your planning needs. If you have an urgent request and would like to expedite your project, please contact your Project Coordinator.

How do I request a photographer for an event?

The Photography Department in the Marketing Department is pleased to support Liberty-sponsored events. To schedule a photographer, please fill out an Image Request Form.
