Why Should You Join SHRM?

To begin, SHRM is not just an organization for Human Resource of Business majors, but a group that is prosperous for all individuals. The Liberty Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (LU SHRM) exists to promote the HR profession, National SHRM as well as to increase the employability of its members.

LU SHRM offers opportunities to attend business conferences, networking events, job shadowing, career coaching, internships, as well as resume-building and speed interviewing sessions.

How Can You Join SHRM?

1. Go to SHRM.org.
2. Click 'Join/Renew.'
3. 'Join SHRM as a Student Member.'
4. Follow the online instructions and indicate 'YES' you are part of the Liberty student chapter.
5. Submit the $35.00 membership dues.
6. Contact us so that you can get involved!
