Emily Woody received Christ as her Savior as a little girl and wanted to work in the ministry for as long as she can remember. She first came to Liberty University as an undergraduate in 2000 and received her BS in Mathematic; she was also heavily involved in Student Leadership. She completed two years of her M.Div. at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, before transferring back to Liberty in order to become a Resident Director.
After serving as the RD over “the Square” for four years, Emily became one of the Life Skills Coordinators in the Campus Pastors Office. Emily has a passion to disciple young women by teaching biblical truth. Her passion is to help ladies become the woman God created them to be by surrendering to God’s plans and having the faith that He can and will fulfill those plans.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys coffee, journaling, ultimate frisbee, serving in her church, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
