Students living in campus housing can arrive on campus on Wednesday January 13, 2016 and begin moving into your campus housing assignment.
The Lynchburg Regional Airport is the preferred destination for students who fly.
Students should plan to arrive no earlier than Wednesday January 13, 2016.
Students who must arrive prior to January 13, 2016 may stay in campus housing at a cost of $15/day (with approval from firstname.lastname@example.org), Regular food service available through your financial check-in is available starting with lunch, Thursday January 14, 2016. Prior to January 14, meals are at your own expense.
All immunizations and tests indicated on the Online Health Form must be completed prior to arrival on campus. Students without an approved health form and the required immunizations and tests may be refused campus housing and class registration. Complete the on-line health form before you travel (go to your ASIST account and click "General Information") and bring your medical records with you.
Airport, Bus Station, Train Station Pick Up & Transportation to Campus
Students needing transportation to campus from Lynchburg's airport, train station or bus station or the Roanoke airport must complete the online registration form at www.liberty.edu/transportation. If your travel plans change, please call the Transportation office at (434) 592-3640 to arrange for your new pick-up time. Reservations must be make 72 hours prior to the date of travel.
