If any eligible entrant is a minor under the legal age of majority in the state of his or her legal residence, one of the entrant’s parents or legal guardians also must sign the agreement, acknowledging that they have read and understand the terms. The contestant deemed to be a winner but unwilling to sign an enforceable and valid Liberty University agreement and release will be considered disqualified.

Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges of any prizes will be permitted. Winners will be notified by phone by representatives of Liberty University Resident Enrollment. All prizes are awarded ‘AS IS’ and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
