Whether he’s on stage bringing an audience to its feet with his riveting performance or off stage fielding interview questions with a potent combination of intellect and wit, it’s obvious Andy Mineo is a born communicator and hip hop music is his instrument for reaching the masses. “It is absolutely undeniable that hip hop is becoming the universal language,” Mineo says expressing an unbridled enthusiasm for his artistic vehicle. “It’s so influential because you are able to say so much in a short period of time. The essence of hip hop is the boldness of it so you’re able to be exactly who you are. You are able to say exactly what you want. Right now I am learning to steward and shepherd my platform as a rapper. His idea of success is wrapped up in the act of obedience. He says that “being faithful and obedient to what God has asked of you whether in Beverly Hills or Ethiopia” determines success. KB hopes that his role on the Reach Records team will be that of a leading thinker. “I want to be someone people can look up to and trust as a deliverer of truth. Campus Artist Series


Campus Artist Series consists of a talk show style interview to expose the artist and their inspirations and finishes with the stage performance. The event usually consists of two to three acts. Open Mic Night


Come to the LaHaye Event Space prepared for a good time - whether you want to perform or just watch! Sign-ups will begin at the beginning of the event and will continue throughout the evening depending on the number of performers. From music, poetry, interpretive movement, and comedy, the stage is open on the following Monday nights just for you! Please remember that all artists must provide their own instruments and materials for the night.

All Open Mics start at 8 p.m. in the LaHaye Event Space unless otherwise noted
