Washington Semester interns enjoying the sights and sounds of D.C.

March 31, 2008 : N/A

There are currently 26 Liberty University students participating in the Washington Semester program in our nation’s capital.

This program offers a unique opportunity for juniors and seniors of all majors to gain pre-professional experience through internships and professionalism training for their future careers. Liberty has partnered with the Strategic Policies Institute, a nonprofit education company, to provide the Washington and Richmond Semesters as part of the Institute’s Career Leaders Internship Program (CLIP).

These are full semester internships where the students are asked to work a minimum of 36 hours per week. The student continues to pay LU for tuition and housing. Financial aid and most scholarships apply to Career Leaders Internship Program.
