Christian recording artist Jeremy Camp is returning to Liberty University for Winterfest 2008 — and as his recently released album states, he is “Speaking Louder Than Before.” Camp will take the stage on New Year’s Eve along with Sanctus Real and Stellar Kart just before the start of 2009.
Since debuting in 2002, Camp has produced five studio projects and one live album, accumulating 16 No. 1 hits and five Dove Awards. Over time, fans have gravitated to his soothing style of worship, which includes songs such as “Walk By Faith,” “Take You Back” and “Let it Fade.” Fresh off the Nov. 25 release of “Speaking Louder Than Before,” Winterfest attendees can see Camp live, performing songs from his new album as well as notable fan favorites.
Winterfest, Liberty’s ever-popular music festival and winter retreat, is set for Dec. 30-Jan. 1.
Other artists include Disciple, Grits, Skillet and Hawk Nelson, with dynamic speakers Clayton King, David Nasser and the Rev. Eric Timm rounding out the bill.
Apart from seeing great performances, participants can also take advantage of LU’s many attractions, including basketball, ice skating, swimming and more. All-inclusive tickets are $85 in advance — a $10 savings over the price at the door. Individual event tickets start at $15.
