The Liberty Flames went on the road this past Saturday and pulled off a huge upset of a Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) team. The Flames used a late touchdown by Mike Brown and numerous key defensive stands to upend Ball State of the Mid-American Conference, 27-23, in Muncie, Ind.

Liberty University’s LaHaye Ice Center has once again been selected to host an intercollegiate tournament. The Blue Ridge Hockey Conference (BRHC) Board of Directors recently accepted Liberty’s bid for the 10th Annual BRHC Tournament on Feb. 25-27, 2011.
