The photo was taken by Becki Falwell, Chancellor Jerry Falwell Jr.’s wife, in 2009 and showcases student Luke Fosse doing a backflip on a snowboard at the year-round ski slope that opened in August 2009.

Dorothy Helms, wife of the late U.S. Sen. Jesse Helms, visited Liberty University’s Helms School of Government on Friday, Sept. 24. During her visit, Chancellor Jerry Falwell, Jr. announced that a free-standing building was being planned for the school, as well as a citizenship course that will give students a stronger foundation on U.S. history, government and the Constitution.
