A Computer Engineer researches, designs, and develops computer hardware, which includes computer chips, microprocessors, circuit boards, computer systems, and related equipment. The field of Computer Engineering combines key elements of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering with software design and hardware-software integration. The Computer Engineering program will provide an overview of the foundational principles needed to design and build tomorrow’s computer hardware.
