Making Travel Arrangements to Lynchburg, VA
Airport, Bus Station, Train Station Pick Up & Transportation to Campus

Liberty University is pleased to pick up first-time students from the Lynchburg Regional Airport, the Lynchburg Bus Station, and the Lynchburg Train Station.

In order to ensure that students are able to be taken directly to their campus housing, it is important to follow the following guidelines:

• Students arriving in Lynchburg by plane, train or bus, must notify their International Admissions Counselor in advance of their travel itinerary.  This will allow us to have someone pick you up when you arrive and take you to your campus housing.
• Students who are unsure of their arrival time in Lynchburg before departing their home country must contact Liberty University as soon as they know their scheduled arrival time of their bus, train, or shuttle, but must do so before 10:30 p.m. of that day.

Questions? Email your Admissions Counselor

If you arrive on campus before January 9, 2013, please report to the Office of International Student Services (DeMoss Hall, Room 2003 Main Campus), which is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (434) 592-4118.
