Worn Liberty University Online Liberty OneCards

If your Liberty OneCard is worn from regular wear and tear we can replace your Liberty OneCard for free.  The Liberty OneCard is designed to last 2-3 years depending on the usage and care of the card.  Regular wear and tear usually includes a horizontal crack on the card or the edges of the card being rubbed off. If your card is no longer working please call our office at 434-582-7771 so we can order a replacement Liberty OneCard.  When you receive your new Liberty OneCard, mail us your worn card so that you are not charged the replacement fee.  Our mailing address is: 1971 University Blvd., Liberty OneCard Office, Lynchburg, VA 24502. Our hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM EST (closed during Wednesday convocation from 10AM-11AM).
