Rob Ritchie has been married for 30 years and has three sons, Robbie (29), Stephen (24), and James (19). He has taught all aspects of the Social Studies curriculum at the high school level and has taught the history of the U.S. as well as military history and all of the geographic offerings at Liberty University. A retired reservist, Mr. Ritchie served in the Marines, the Army and the Air Force for a total of 27 years of active and reserve service in the fields of supply, artillery, armor and as a historian.
Mr. Ritchie earned a B.A. from the Citadel in history, and an M.A. from American Military University in Military Studies. Continuing education accomplished in tandem with military service has included coursework from the University of Virginia, Old Dominion University, Virginia Commonwealth University, Christopher Newport and California State University-Dominguez Hills.
