Baseball head coach Jim Toman and softball head coach Dot Richardson will be joined by two student-athletes from their respective sports for the Flames Club Diamond Luncheon at 12 p.m. on Thursday, April 3, in the Club Room at Liberty Baseball Stadium. Tickets can be purchased at the discounted member price of $10 only until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1. Tickets will be sold after that time for $15 for members or $20 for non-members, if available, until sold out.
The free event will begin at 2 p.m. and be preceded by a Flames Club pregame meal for all members at 1 p.m. in the Club Pavilion. Tickets to the pregame meal can be purchased at the discounted price of $5 only until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9. A limited number of tickets will be sold after that time for $10 until sold out.
Members at the President’s Level ($6,000) and higher are invited, along with luxury suite holders and qualified legacy gift donors, to the annual President’s Dinner at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, in the Hancock Welcome Center.
Season ticket holders at the Director’s Level ($3,000) and higher qualify to personally select their seats during the all-day Director’s Day Seat Selection event in the Club Pavilion at Williams Stadium. Time slots are arranged in priority order based upon 1) membership level, and 2) loyalty point total.
The football team will conclude summer camp with a scrimmage, after which players and coaches will greet fans, sign autographs, and pose for photos on the main concourse. Gates open at 6 p.m. and the scrimmage will be held from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. At approximately 9 p.m. fans will be permitted to come down to the field and run out of the tunnel in a simulated rendition of the team entry. The event is free and open to the public, and the Liberty Flames Sports Network will provide a live broadcast. 2014 Flames Club members are invited to enjoy a free member appreciation dinner in the Flames Club tent, but must RSVP by calling 434-582-CLUB (2582) or emailing FlamesClub@liberty.edu by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, August 13.
Season tickets and parking passes will distributed to luxury suite holders, as they enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres from Sodexo’s game day catering menu. The new Flames Club staff and suite concierge will be introduced, and important information will be communicated regarding NCAA compliance and game day policies and procedures.
Available to members at the Director’s Level ($3,000) and higher who purchase club seats, the third floor of the Football Tower features an 11,000-square-foot Club Pavilion that presents an outstanding view from the Williams Stadium upper deck, and opens to 788 padded club seats and three terrace balconies. Open two hours prior to kickoff and during the game, the Club Pavilion features exclusive restrooms, eight LCD flat-panel TV’s, and spacious accommodations with lounge furniture and high-top tables for enjoyment of premium dining and hospitality. Additional club seats may be purchased by qualified members, if available, only until 5 p.m. on the Wednesday before each home game.
The Flames Club Tent opens 90 minutes before kickoff for home games for members at the Eagle Level ($120) and higher. An outstanding tailgate-style meal is provided for a nominal fee, with season ticket holders at the Coaches Level ($600) and higher being eligible for complimentary passes with advance RSVP, based upon membership level. Advance purchase or RSVP by 5 p.m. on the Wednesday before each home game is required for all qualified members to receive discounted pricing and to be guaranteed admission.
