LODGING

Lodging arrangements are not provided by Winterfest, however local hotels do offer special rates for Winterfest guests.

 

PAYMENT PLANS:

RESERVED & GENERAL ADMISSION 

Groups
A Group must consist of 10 or more registered people. Upon registration groups should provide an estimated number of attendees and pay a $10 dollar deposit per person. Balances are fulfilled at later dates.  Please call the Ticket Office at 866-447-2084 to use this option.

Individual Ticket Sales
If purchasing less than 10 tickets, group must pay balance in full upon registration. No payment plans are available.

Liberty Winterfest

Tickets are currenlty NOT on sale Winterfest 2015, but will be soon in the summer. Several types of tickets are available 

 

 

With your purchase of an All Event Ticket, you will enjoy access to exciting day and evening sessions packed with outstanding concerts, performances, and speakers.  PLUS, lots of fun activities around campus like skiing, snowboarding, tubing, indoor soccer, ice skating, rock climbing, swimming, and basketball.  You don't want to muss the Liberty Presents: Artist Q&A where you can ask your questions to several of the artist.  Youth Leader Sessions are also available with All Event Tickets.

You are able to pick your ticket: General Admissions, Reserved, VIP and President's BoxGeneral Admissions is just that...General Admission. Reserved seating is a great way to keep your group in one location! Reserved ticket holder must sit in their registered section. VIP tickets include floor seats closest to the action, an exclusive meet and greet, early admission into the venue, a T-Shirt, and a VIP point of contact for you and your group.  The President's Box includes catering while sitting above all the action.

With a concert only ticket, you will be allowed into the Vines Center for the concert, without access to the campus recreation.  Options for one night or both nights are available.

Meal Tickets can be purchased for a total of $26. This includes three "all-you-can-eat" style meals in the campus dining hall.  Meals included are dinner on Dec 30th and lunch and dinner on the 31st.

 

*Note: A $5 processing fee per ticket will apply  There are no group size discounts.  Taxes are already included in the above pricing.
