I grew up around campus and attended countless activities, athletic events, and I knew that Liberty University was the place for me. In 2006, I graduated from Liberty with a BS in Sport Management.

Following graduation I began working at Liberty as the Project Manager of the Liberty University Transit system which is extremely successful in transporting students around campus and the city of Lynchburg. Since my time at Liberty I have been involved in a few business endeavors, as well as very active in local clubs and civic groups. Most recently, I was named minority owner of the Lynchburg Hillcats minor league baseball team, as well as being named to their Board of Directors.

I am excited to be the Director of Alumni Relations. Liberty University's mission is something I take personally and am very excited to do my part to further the mission. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have about Liberty University or want to know more ways to get involved. I take great pride in being part of a family who is known because of a spiritual giant, Dr. Jerry Falwell.

"Long after we've gone to Heaven, maybe 50 years from now...we rather the property be burned to the ground and vacated if it should ever cease to be God's University." - Dr. Jerry Falwell

Liberty University has always been a part of my story. I grew up in Lynchburg, graduated from Liberty Christian Academy, and then went on to graduate from Liberty in 2004 with a degree in communication.

Shortly after graduating, the Lord provided me with a position in sales for a company in Greensboro, N.C. I spent eight years building a career in sales, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience as it helped me develop the ability to interact with people from varying backgrounds. Eventually, God put it on my heart to pray about returning to Lynchburg, and this summer He opened the door for me to work at Liberty.

It is amazing what God is doing with Liberty, and I count it a blessing to be part of that adventure as a senior alumni officer. I look forward to working with our alumni and hearing their stories of how Liberty has helped focus their lives on Christ. I am passionate about helping our alumni have a great experience when they return to campus or take part in any of the exciting events we sponsor. I hope to be part of the incredible work that God continues to accomplish through Liberty.

The Lord brought me to Liberty in the fall of 2003.  I was encouraged here by loving parents and siblings but was still hesitant about attending, but I am still here.  My freshman year was such an enjoyable experience. The friendship, mentorship and teaching I received  persuaded me to stay. Through those years the Lord used Liberty to strengthen my faith. My time as a student was a tremendous blessing! I now get to work in an organization that has been influential to countless number of people.

I majored in Business Management and now apply the knowledge I learned as an Alumni Relations Officer.   I am excited about working with and getting to know the thousands of Liberty Alumni.   Our office is always open to Alumni so when in town, please stop by for a visit in room 2659 Green Hall!

I graduated from Liberty University in 2011 with a degree in religion, and I am currently working toward an M.Div. from Liberty University Baptist Theological Seminary. God has used Liberty as a tool to help mold me into the man He has called me to be. After completing my degree, I taught at Liberty Christian Academy for two years and then spent the next year serving as a missionary and teacher in Asia with my wife.

I am thankful for the opportunity to be part of the Alumni Relations Office. I strongly believe in the mission of this school, and I know that our alumni are an important part of realizing the vision to Train Champions for Christ. I am proud to be a Liberty alumnus, and I look forward to assisting fellow alumni as well as building relationships with students while they transition into proud Liberty alumni.

As a native of California, it was a difficult choice to transfer from a college in my hometown all the way across the country to Liberty, but once I visited, I couldn’t imagine attending school anywhere else! God used Liberty to strengthen my faith and teach me about serving Him and loving people.

After receiving my degree in broadcasting in 2013, God directed me to pursue a master’s degree in human services. I hope my graduate studies will help me better understand how to help others through life’s challenging circumstances. During my time at Liberty, I have also worked at the Jerry Falwell Library, which was a tremendous experience. I am excited to be joining the Alumni Relations Office and eager to serve Liberty alumni as best I can!

God has used Liberty to bless me in so many ways, and it is only fitting that I share those blessings with my fellow alumni.
