The Office of Student Leadership

The purpose of the Office of Student Leadership (OSL) is to train student leaders to minister, mentor, and mobilize students in the residence halls. OSL collaborates with other Student Affairs offices to develop a holistic student life experience.

The Office of Student Leadership strives to see that EVERY student is ministered to by another student. We have four objectives when it comes to ministering to students:

Every student is loved
Every student is prayed for by name daily
Every student is prayed with weekly
Every student is given the chance to be personally discipled

Every student at Liberty has five spiritual leaders on their hall whom they can go to for guidance: two Resident Assistants, two Spiritual Life Directors and a Prayer Leader.
