The Office of Student Leadership

The purpose of the Office of Student Leadership (OSL)  is to train student leaders to minister, mentor, and mobilize students in the residence halls. It collaborates with Student Affairs in the development of a holistic student life experience.

The goal of the Office of Student Leadership is to ensure that every student is ministered to by a student leader. OSL has four objectives when it comes to ministering to students:

• Every student is loved
• Every student is prayed for by name daily
• Every student is prayed with weekly
• Every student is given the chance to be personally discipled 

Every student at Liberty has five leaders on their hall whom they can go to for guidance: two Resident Assistants, two Spiritual Life Directors and a Prayer Leader.
