Biography
Dr. Janet Brown is an Assistant Professor who teaches courses in Developmental Psychology, Psychology of Childhood, Introduction to Research and Psychology of Criminal Behavior. She received her B.S. in Psychology, and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Counseling from Liberty University. In her forty years of experience, she has gained a significant assortment of experiences that included working as a Human Resources Manager at B&B Productions. Dr. Brown has been a professor at Liberty since 2005. She has made many contributions to her community by engaging in activities and voluntary positions such as the Liberty Godparent Home, teaching Sunday school in her local church and has been serving in the Board of Regents since 2006. Her current research interest is on perpetrators of internet crimes against children.
