To do this, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness (IE) assists the campus community of faculty, staff, and administration in the areas of accreditation, assessment, analysis, training, and information dissemination as they "Train Champions for Christ." The reports created by the Office of Institutional Effectiveness showcase the assessments and accomplishments of Liberty University. Assessment is a community endeavor and requires a focused effort of the entire body to effectually improve student learning and development. The desire to improve the education experience must be a central goal of the leadership, faculty, staff, and supporting entities like IE to be effective.
