Psalm 34:17-20 When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken.

To prepare for a storm in the spiritual sense I think about ways to build your faith or add to your foundation; so when you are rocked by havoc in your life you find ways to rebuild or stay on course. God is constantly molding us to fit within his Will and preparing us for his Victories. We are constantly called to look to God for strength and the mountains are within reach because of our Savior. Continue to plant seeds whether or not the outcome is positive or negative. You may not reap the benefits you desired but God has a plan for all of us which are bigger than all our troubles combined. Live for God, he has a job for you and he believes you are priceless!

True. God should be our main focus even in times that we are down. Deuteronomy 31:6 says, "Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the LORD your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.” For if God is with us who shall stand against us?
