2017 Outdoor Track & Field (So.)
• Placed 22nd in the NCAA Division I 5K national final, capping off a breakthrough season
• Came in fifth in the 5K at the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round meet, becoming the first Flame to qualify for the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the men's 5K since Sam Chelanga in 2011
• Missed out on the NCAA Division I 10K national final by just one place and 3.38 seconds at the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round meet
• Big South 10K runner-up
• Opened his season with a personal-best 29:05.57 in the Raleigh Relays 10K (March 24). That ranks No. 3 in program history, trailing only Sam Chelanga and Josh McDougal.
• Also climbed to No. 5 on Liberty's all-time 5K list, thanks to his 14:00.29 effort at the Virginia Challenge (April 22) which earned him Big South Men's Track Athlete of the Week honors on April 26
• Big South Presidential Honor Roll member

2016-17 Indoor Track & Field (So.)
• Won both of his 5K races on the year, including the IC4A final (personal-best 14:11.36) and the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (facility-record 14:29.50)
• Joined Josh McDougal (2007) and Evans Kigen (2010) as the Flames' only IC4A indoor 5K champions in program history
• Placed third in the Big South 3K and sixth in the IC4A 3K (personal-best 8:12.03)
• Opened his season with a personal-best 4:17.10 mile at the Liberty Kickoff (Jan. 21)

2016 Cross Country (So.)
• Saved the best two races of his sophomore season for the two biggest meets
• Placed fourth at the Big South Championship (second on the team), improving one spot from the 2015 Big South meet
• Finished a career-best 31st at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championship (second on the team), lowering his 10K personal best to 30:16.6 in the process and helping the Flames finish ninth as a team

2016 Outdoor Track & Field (Fr.)
• Scored points in the Big South 10K (seventh place) and 5K (eighth place) finals
• Won the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational 5K with a season-best time of 14:56.89

2015-16 Indoor Track & Field (Fr.)
• Came in third in the Big South 5K final and sixth in the 3K, placing as the top freshman in both races
• Opened his collegiate career with a 5K time of 14:55.21 at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup

2015 Cross Country (Fr.)
• Came in fifth overall, including second on the team and second among all freshmen, at the Big South Championship for All-Big South honors
• 11th-fastest freshman at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championship, where he finished 68th overall
• Liberty's No. 1 runner at each of his first three collegiate races (UVa Duals, Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational and Pre-Nationals black race)
• UVa Duals runner-up, earning Big South Runner of the Week honors on Sept. 9
• Placed 28th at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational and 10th in the Pre-Nationals black race, leading the Flames to the Pre-Nationals team title
