2017 Outdoor Track & Field (Jr.)
• Ran only three races on the season, topped by a 4:00.76 during the FSU Relays 1,500 (March 24)

2016-17 Indoor Track & Field (Jr.)
• Big South runner-up in the distance medley relay and seventh place in the mile
• Ran the 1,600-meter anchor leg for the quartet which ran the third-fastest distance medley relay time in program history (9:57.32) during the IC4A prelims
• Raced well at the Liberty Indoor Track Complex, including an indoor personal-best 4:14.48 mile at the Liberty Kickoff (Jan. 21) and a personal-best 8:27.80 3K at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (Jan. 28)

2016 Cross Country (Jr.)
• Earned All-Big South honors for the second straight year, thanks to a 12th-place conference finish (No. 4 Flame)
• Placed a career-best 85th at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championship in a 10K personal-best time of 31:24.8
• Liberty's No. 1 runner at each of the season's first two meets (UVA Duals – eighth place, VT Alumni Invite – fifth place)
• Came in 25th in the ISU Pre-National Invitational white race

2016 Outdoor Track & Field (So.)
• Earned two All-Big South honors in one afternoon, placing second in the 1,500 and third in the 5K (just the second 5K race of his collegiate career)
• Recorded personal bests in the mile (4:14.08) and outdoor 3K (8:31.57) on the same day at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational. Francis' 3K time ranks No. 5 on Liberty's all-time list.
• Dropped his 1,500 time from 3:58.65 entering the season to 3:50.18 (No. 8 in program history) at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier

2015-16 Indoor Track & Field (So.)
• Placed fourth in the Big South mile and fifth in the 3K
• Anchored the Flames to second place in the IC4A distance medley relay final, clocking 4:08.77 for 1,600 meters. Liberty's time of 9:54.18 ranks second in program history and third in Big South annals.
• Clocked a personal-best mile time of 4:15.60 at the Samford Invitational, good for 10th place in program history

2015 Cross Country (So.)
• Made a huge breakthrough as a sophomore, cutting his 8K time from 26:26 as a freshman to 24:22.7 in the Pre-Nationals black race, where he finished 15th overall for the team champion Flames
• Earned his first All-Big South honor, thanks to an 11th-place effort at the Big South Championship
• Finished 94th at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championship, improving 40 places from the previous year
• Upstate Invitational/Big South Preview runner-up

2015 Outdoor Track & Field (Fr.)
• Improved his 1,500 time from 4:05.38 to 3:58.65 during the season, culminating with a sixth-place finish in the Big South final
• Clocked 4:19.48 for the mile at the Duke Invitational, placing 12th

2014-15 Indoor Track & Field (Fr.)
• Came in sixth in the Big South mile
• Anchored the Flames to a runner-up finish in the Big South distance medley relay
• Ran the 1,200-meter leadoff leg of the distance medley at the IC4A meet, helping Liberty clock a season-best time of 10:14.40 for 18th place

2014 Cross Country (Fr.)
• Raced four times as a freshman
• Came in 25th overall and eighth on the team at the Big South Championship
• Liberty's No. 6 finisher at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championship, where he placed 134th

• Graduated from Veritas School, where he was coached by former Liberty track & field athlete Parker Spencer
• First athlete from Veritas ever to sign with a Division I school
• Helped Veritas win VISAA state titles in cross country and the outdoor 4 x 800 relay as a senior
• Placed 13th in the 2K steeplechase at the 2014 New Balance Outdoor Nationals
• Recorded third-place finishes in the 1,600 final at the VISAA state meet as a sophomore, junior and senior
