An 11-time All-American, Chelanga is expected to run both the 5K and 10K at the NCAA East Preliminary Round meet. The meet, which will determine the qualifiers for the 2011 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships, will be contested May 26-28 at the Robert C. Haugh Track & Field Complex in Bloomington, Ind. The men's 10K at the NCAA East Preliminary Round meet is slated for 9:15 p.m. on May 26. The men's 5K will follow on May 28 at 8:45 p.m. The full field of qualifiers for the NCAA East Preliminary Round meet will be announced Thursday afternoon.
