The Liberty Flames Football Preview Show, which is produced by the Flames Sports Network (FSN), returns once again this Saturday for a 30-minute show with a closer look at Liberty's 2010 special teams units, starting at 1 p.m.

Hosted by Alan York, the new "Voice of the Flames," and Nick Pierce, this week's show is slated to air on Victory FM on Saturday at 1 p.m. The show can be heard live by turning your radio dial to 88.3 FM, the flagship station for the FSN radio network, as well as by listening to the audio stream by clicking the link above.

York and Pierce have already released three football preview shows earlier this month. The first was a 30-minute recap show from Big South Football Media Day in Charlotte, N.C., while the second was an offensive preview show that originally aired last Saturday afternoon. Finally, last week, the pair took a closer look at Liberty's stout defensive unit.

During the final installment of the Flames Football Preview show, the FSN radio duo will take a closer look at Liberty's special teams units, which have become a vital part of Liberty's recent success.

Spanning the last several seasons, the Flames' roster has included a two-time All-America long snapper in Dan Pope and All-America return specialists Wynton Jackson and Dominic Bolden.

In 2009, the All-America honors came to kicker Matt Bevins, who was a rock for Liberty throughout the season. The junior shattered program and Big South records by scoring 107 points, while ranking No. 3 nationally in points scored per game (9.73). He was a consensus first-team All-America pick, garnering the nation's top honors from the Sports Network, Walter Camp Foundation and the Associated Press.

York and Pierce will talk with Bevins during the 30-minute show, along with interviews with special teams coordinator Marshall Roberts and return specialists Danny Broggin and Ervin Garner.

This Saturday's show will mark final Flames Football Preview show for the month of August. FSN will return to the airways next weekend when they broadcast Liberty's home opener against St. Francis, Pa., at historic Lynchburg City Stadium.

Kickoff for the season-opener is set for Noon, with the Flames pregame show to begin at 10:30 a.m. All FSN radio broadcasts, including this week's Flames Football Preview show, can be here on all Flames Sports Network radio station, including the flagship station, Victory FM (88.3 FM).
