From the media tribune overlooking the home straightaway at historic Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore., LibertyFlames.com will provide live blog coverage of the 2010 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

This is it. We have reached the final day of the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships. It has been a memorable meet already, for Liberty's Sam Chelanga and for many other athletes, teams and fans as well. Today, we are looking forward to taking in an action-packed, two-and-a-half hour final act, featuring Chelanga's 5K final.

You will be able to watch all of the action live on CBS, between 1-3 p.m. Eastern today, including Chelanga's race at 2:21. However, please note that TV stations have been known to cut away from distance races several times, for commercial breaks, field event updates and personal stories. So, you may want to keep an eye on this blog, which will provide lap-by-lap updates for the entire 12.5 laps around Hayward Field.

For the third straight meet, I will be utilizing the CoveritLive blog interface. Please feel free to leave comments or questions, and I will do my best to answer you as soon as possible. Enjoy, and Go Flames!
